AVOHK Collect Silverware at the 2025 Hong Kong Cross Country Championships

The 2025 Hong Kong Cross Country Championships were held early morning at Fanling on Sun 12th Oct 2025. AVOHK entered a team (4 runners) in the Masters Ladies and the Masters Men team events. AVOHK also had some members competing as Indiviudals. The AVOHK Women’s team finished Ladies Masters Team runner up in their category. The AVOHK Ladies Team Members were: Elaine Hall, Angel Lo, Helene Boursier Neto and Liu Wai Hau. Fantastic result. Great individual results for Hannah Bainbridge, Elaine Hall and Kwok Wing Shing who won their age categories. Angel Lo and Liu Wai Hau who were 2nd in their Ladies age category and for the men, Eric To Hoi Lau 2nd and David Woo 3rd place were impressive in their age categories.
