2025 AVOHK Reservoir Series – Race 1 – Tai Tam – Results

A last minute request from the authorities to start the runners in Batches. So at 9am on Sun 12th Oct 2025 the Ladies went first and 5 mins later the Men started. The runners made their way up the Hill past Parkview and into the Country Park and returning the same way. The course is estimated to be around 11.5km and challenging. Christopher Whitehead MO led the runners home in a very creditable time of 50 mins 43 secs and the first woman was Susy Walmsley W50 in 59 mins 18 secs. Some other notable results. Young Natasha Douin LO first in her category in 1hr 6 mins and 12 secs, Rod Henderson in the M55 category winner was 4th overall in 54 mins and our 2 ageless stalwarts of AVOHK, Susan Ko W75 winner in 1hr 30mins 34 secs and 87 years old John Fowler M80+ winner in 2hrs 3 mins and 25 secs.
