Races are open to all athletes aged 18 or over on race day. Age group categories are based on age on race day

AVOHK members (must be a valid AVOHK member at date of event registration) are eligible for additional prizes as follows:
The John Lane Tankard will be awarded to the First Veteran (aged 40 or over) AVOHK member runner in the marathon regardless of them being eligible for another prize.
