Race Information


2026 Sunday 11th January 2026 – Online entry will be available early Sept 2026

Race Day Headquarters is at Po Leung Kuk Holiday Camp.
When you arrive go straight to the Po Leng Kuk for Bag Drop.
The start and finish of the Marathon and Half Marathon is inside the barrier at Pak Tam Chung. Races will start at 8am.
Please obey all HK Police and Race Marshall instructions and keep off the road until called to the race start.

2026 Race Day Facilities and Arrangements

Race number bib pick up is from Gone Running, 3F, Simsons Commercial Building, 137 Johnston Road, Wan Chai – 2nd to 9th Jan 2026

Help desk and runners information located at Lower Carpark, Po Leung Kuk Holiday Camp, Pak Tam Chung.

Runners bag storage (uncovered, all bags left at own risk) in grounds of Po Leung Kuk Holiday Camp. Baggage labels included with your number bib.

Toilets at Po Leung Kuk, Pak Tam Chung bus terminus, Pak Tam Chung layby site.

Day pass ( 11 January 2026) to Po Leung Kuk included with race entry. All runners may use the facilities at Po Leung Kuk Camp including changing rooms, showers and canteen.

Water in carbouys only at start/finish and at Po Leung Kuk. On course water in paper cups.

First aid at start/finish and on course, see course map for on course locations.

Aquarius (sports drink) on course for Marathon runners.

Bananas on course for Marathon runners.

Finisher’s race souvenirs and refreshment

  • All finishers will receive a finishers medal at finish line.
  • All finishers will receive a souvenir “Road Scholars China Coast Marathon 2026″ T shirt distributed at Po Leung Kuk upper carpark after the race.
  • All finishers will receive a “Road Scholars China Coast Marathon 2026″ race souvenir distributed at Po Leung Kuk upper carpark after the race.
  • Marathon and Half Marathon finishers will receive fruit and a snack distributed at Po Leung Kuk upper car park. Water in carboys.
  • Race E-Certificate available after the race by email. Link will be sent to the email address runners provided with their entry after once all results are verified.
